How do I see who changed something?
For owners
The Activity tab shows who added, changed or removed work orders, maintenance tasks, templates, settings and logins, and when.
- Open the Activity tab.
- Choose Last 7, 14, 30 or 60 days, and pick a person to see only their changes.
Tip: The log is kept for 60 days. Check-offs are not listed here; they show who did them, and when, on the work order itself.
