What is the Needs attention list?
For owners and office staff
It sits near the top of the Today tab and collects everything that wants a decision, so you do not have to hunt through the week.
- Problem: a crew member flagged a problem on a task.
- Hand-off: someone asked to give a task to another person.
- Not checked off: a task from the last two weeks that nobody finished or flagged.
- Public reports: problem reports from visitors are waiting for approval.
- Click any line to open it. The list shows the first six items; click Show all for the rest.
