Why am I asked for a sign-in code?
For everyone
Owners and office staff can change a lot, so their logins get an extra lock. The first time you sign in on a new phone or computer, we email you a 6-digit code.
- Sign in with your email and password as usual.
- Open the email called Your sign-in code. It arrives within a minute.
- Type the code and click Sign in. The code works for 10 minutes.
Tip: Leave Trust this device for 30 days ticked on your own phone or computer. Untick it on a shared one.
