How do I download a backup of my data?

For owners

We back up every night, but it is smart to keep your own copy.

1. Open the Setup tab and find Download a backup.
2. Click Export all data. Your browser downloads one zip file with work orders, check-offs, maintenance, templates, notes, settings and photos.
3. Keep the file somewhere safe, such as a shared drive.

Tip: To load a backup, use Restore from a backup on the same page. Add and update keeps what is here; Replace everything clears your organization first.
