How do I email the weekly schedule?

For owners

The app can email next week’s schedule automatically.

1. Open the Setup tab and find Weekly schedule email.
2. List the addresses and choose the day and time.
3. Click Send one now to see what it looks like.

Tip: The same page has Assignment emails (sent as soon as work is assigned) and a Daily summary of changes.
