How do I turn on text messages?

For owners

Texts are optional. You need your own account with Twilio or Infobip, and each text is billed by them.

1. Open Setup → Text messages and enter your account details. Use Send a test text to check it works.
2. On the Users tab, tick Agreed for a person only after they have told you they want texts.
3. People can switch their own texts off under My account.

Tip: Every text ends with “Reply STOP to opt out.”
