How do I cancel or close my account?

For owners

Closing stops your subscription right away. Your records are kept for 30 days in case you change your mind.

1. Download a backup first with Export all data on the Setup tab.
2. Open Setup and find Closing your account. Click Close account….
3. Type your organization’s name and click Close account.

Tip: Changed your mind? An owner signs in and clicks Reopen account within 30 days.
