What if we are running out of photo space?

For owners

Each organization can keep up to 1 GB of photos (thousands of pictures). The Setup tab shows how much you have used.

1. Delete photos you no longer need: tap a photo, then Delete photo.
2. Photos from deleted work orders and maintenance tasks are cleaned up automatically after a week.
3. Need more room? Contact us.
