How do I update or finish a repair?

For everyone

Open a task on the Maintenance tab to work on it.

1. Click the task to open it.
2. Change the priority, status, location or due date, or assign it to one or more people.
3. Add an update, such as “Ordered replacement bulb”. Updates are kept with names and times.
4. When it is fixed, click Mark completed.
