How do I report something broken?

For everyone

Anyone can report a repair or upkeep job, even if it is not on a checklist.

1. Go to the Maintenance tab and tap + New maintenance task.
2. Say what needs doing, pick the building or location, and set the priority.
3. Add a photo if it helps.
4. Tap Submit request.
